SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

1.Property : The property is furnished and includes bed linens, towels, bathroom amenities, staple food supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, spices).

2.Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 persons.

3.Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 15:00 p.m. on the check-in date and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the check-out date.

4.Minimum Stay: This property requires a 3 night minimum stay.

5.The Owner is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond his control.

6.Damages, Dirt: If the Studio appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.

7.Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

100% if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the Check-in Date

50% if cancelled 20-30 days prior to the Check-in Date

0% if cancelled less than 20 days prior to Check-in

Acceptance of this rental agreement is indication that the guest agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.

RENTAL RULES

1.Smoking is allowed only at the balcony.

2.Noise levels should not cause a nuisance to other residents of the building.

3.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Breakages, loss or damage to the property or its contents is to be payable by the guest.

4.Pets are NOT allowed in the home at any time.

5.Parking: Parking is free in our neigboorhood.

6.Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything in the toilet.No paper, No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to
€ 65.

7. If you loose the keys with the card we will have to charge you € 65.

8.Check-out procedure: Prior to check-out, guests are required to do the following:

a.Remove any food from refrigerator.

b.Place wash any dirty dishes and put them in the drawer.

c.Turn off all lights, fans and air conditioning.

d.Be sure that all doors and windows are locked.
